Price issues from Ecwid through WooCommerce

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with product pricing. The products are created on the Ecwid platform and connected to our website through the WooCommerce plugin. The problem is that one specific size (91.5×120) displays a different price on the website compared to what’s set in Ecwid. It should be €1450, but the website shows €2265. There’s no logical reason for this discrepancy.

I’ve updated other prices on Ecwid, and they are reflected correctly on the website—except for this one size. I’ve cleared all caches and checked all plugins, but nothing has resolved the issue. I also contacted Ecwid support, and they confirmed that everything is correct on their end. They redirected me to WooCommerce support since we’re not using the Ecwid plugin, so it doesn’t appear to be an issue on their side.

Just to confirm, are your WooCommerce products being managed directly from Ecwid? You mentioned that you’re not using the Ecwid plugin, so I’m curious how the connection is set up between Ecwid and your WooCommerce store. Understanding this will help us better pinpoint the source of the issue.

From what I can see, the 91.5×120 cm variation is set to €2,265.00 directly within WooCommerce. If you’re expecting the price to be €1,450, it may be worth checking the variation settings inside the WooCommerce product editor itself.
