Hello, I have a few pricelabs questions.

First: Pricelabs API is setup and imported via Settings>Payment>PriceLabs. I have also selected the pricelabs metabox on my calendar and i have “enabled booking restrictions”.

Question 1: When I use the form field for “booking” it is not recognizing the prices from the calendar with selected date. I’m getting an error that says “no default pricing selected”.

Question 2: Booking restrictions do not seem to be recognized anywhere even though i have the checkbox selected under the metafield on calendar. When i add the “booking form” to the bottom of a calendar on the Embed, it does give me options to chnage min days/max days/Booking start day/booking end day, but why doesnt it import from pricelabs? Do i need to enable booking restrictions in the form settings? If so do i need to edit the fields to tell it to use pricelabls booking restrictions?

    Hey @ace1623,

First, you need to add a default price to your calendar, even if you import pricing from PriceLabs.

Then, the booking restrictions are not displayed anywhere in the backend, you should just see an error if selecting an invalid date. You don’t need the booking restrictions add-on.

If you can’t get this to work, please send us an email at [email protected]

Total is showing up now, but its appearing that i can “book” even outside of the restrictions i know i have via pricelabs. The total is still showing up and the book button is clickable.

Since i already have the Booking restrictions addon installed, how do i uninstall it? Do i need to? Could having it installed be causing problems with pricelabs booking restrictions?

On another note, can i get “start date” and “End date” changed to “check in” and “check out”?

You can uninstall the add-on from WP Admin -> Plugins. But it should not conflict with the pricelabs add-on.

On another note, can i get “start date” and “End date” changed to “check in” and “check out”?

You can change this from Settings -> Strings & Translations.

I have adjusted all the Widget “start/end” and the Form Strings “Start/End” to be check in/check out and it still says “start date” and “end date” on the calendar embed. I even copied it into the “english translation” to try it.

Do i need to remove the block and readd it?
