Changes are your feed is being cached. Are you using a caching plugin or doing some server-side caching? If so, make sure to clear all caching before and after processing your feed so you are not looking at an older version of your feed.

I have cleared thee Cache’s on the WP Engine side of things. How would i know what other caches need to be cleared?
We can’t tell either as we don’t know what other caching plugins you have installed or what server-side caching you or your hosting-agency is running. In the plugins section of WordPress you should be able to see a complete list of all plugins installed, including the caching ones.

I’ve cleared the cache on the WPengine side. and reran the processing. However, it still holds the old price. is there a way that i can identify which plugin may be caching data. Is this a new issue that hasn’t been seen before?
Caching issues is nothing new unfortunately. Just do a search in the support topics on caching and you’ll find it happens quite often. Unfortunately it is not something we can fix at our end as those caching plugins do exactly what their purpose is, cache files (such as feed files).
Can you share the plugin debug.log URL with us so we can at least check if the plugin is properly doing its update intervals of your feed(s)? Instructions on how to retrieve the debug.log URL can be found here: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/
