    dear support team,

we can already enter orders manually in the web store, but then the price is fixed. Is there a way to also manually change the price for one order only?

an alternative would be that we can manually specify the price (gross or net) in the “normal” webshop during manual order entry.

thanks a million for your suggestions! best wishes, kai

    Hello,

Yes, you can click Edit Item to manually change the price of a product in an order.

Please note that product price is editable when the order is in pending or on hold status: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#order-statuses

    hi @maykato,
thanks so much for your help!
but… if i do this the product price itself won’t change. there will be a certain amount marked as Voucher (Gutschein) deducted.
i actually would like to change the products price. is that possible, too?
    thanks again! kai

    Hi @iturtle

Are you able to change price in the before discount field as well? Putting the same value in Before Discount and Total should change the product price itself.

    hi @maykato,

this field is grayed out. i can change that grey number. but after saving the price jumps back to the normal price.

funny thing is that the vat is changing if i put the same number in “before discount” and the sum below. same thing does not work for the price.

i hope this is still possible, though.

    thanks a million! kai

    Hi @iturtle

That’s strange…I can manually edit product price as well as tax on my test sites which have the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce.

Can you temporarily switch back to a default theme like Storefront, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, and check if product price is editable?

    hi @maykato
thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
i turned off all plugins and then one by one on again.
and the result is that wpml is causing the issue.
i will turn to them now but have little hope for a solution…
thanks a million for your help! best wishes, kai

Thank you for the update. Hopefully you’ll be able to fix the issue soon. I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
