Hello – two issues I can’t seem to figure out. I’ve enabled Wholesale Global Option with 50% discount. Most items display correctly but I am seeing some errors.

First, I have products that are $7. It shows correct wholesale price at $3.50, but the savings calculation are incorrect showing up as $4. here is a screenshot

Secondly, all of my variable products display as: $0.00 – $0.00

hello – I deleted the previous plugin and installed the updated plugin. My #1 pricing issue was fixed. Thank you.

however I am still having the same issues with my variable products displaying as: $0.00 – $0.00
Save: (0% – 0%)

No wholesale pricing has been added to the variations.

Hi @scientistsofmedia,

If you are using the Global pricing option then do not add wholesale prices in the individual variation.

I have not added any wholesale prices in the individual variation. but the prices show up as $0. see screenshot examples here – wholesale price is blank

can you provide more details on how to contact your support on your official site? when I go to https://wpexperts.io/support/ and select “Wholesale for Woocommerce” from the list, I am directed to woocommerce.com to create a ticket. is this the correct method?
