Regarding support for the latest version of WordPress, we are currently working on full compatibility and will definitely ensure it is supported.
Advanced Ads supports the MailPoet newsletter, as explained in our documentation. For other newsletter plugins, shortcode support is unfortunately not guaranteed.
As for your second question, since it is related to a paid product, we’re not allowed to discuss it here on the ww.wp.xz.cn forum due to their guidelines. I kindly ask you to reach out via our support form instead. Please feel free to include any additional questions there.

Thank you for the quick response. It is very critical that the plugin works with our newsletter system, as that is an important feature we are currently not getting on our equally excellent ad manager, and we feel we are losing out on all the opportunities presented by transactional emails and other correspondences that can be managed centrally by a feature like that. Maybe we will keep monitoring development progress, and when you are able to support many more newsletter systems, we will be more than glad to discuss this further.

We are planning to introduce additional features throughout this year. At the moment, I can’t promise support for WeMail, as the final roadmap and the exact features we will work on are not fully defined yet. However, I completely understand how important newsletter integrations are in your case, and I will make sure that your request is taken into consideration when we discuss future developments.
