pricing packages with cpt

I have one question about the listing packages and cpt.

One listing package is for example for 100 listings and 15 cpt are available on the website. A user should use for every cpt the number of listings which he wants, from the 100 listing package. 

I see that the bundle of packages works differently, it needs to preconfigure the listing numbers per cpt. So the user cannot use the 100 listings he wants to assign to any cpt.

In my case I don’t want any assignment of listing numbers per cpt. And a user should buy in one purchase, one listing package for all available cpt, but without assignment of listing numbers per cpt. 

To work on a website with only one cpt a user buys a listing package and can use it how he wants. With use of more cpt on a website this is possible too?

I want to offer on the website more bigger listings packages, 100, 200, 300 listings with a cheaper price per listing than smaller packages. And in this big listing packages should be all cpt included. The user by itself should decide how many listings he needs for the different cpt.

Possibly this can be realized but found the way to it up to now.
