The price displayed in the cart table on the checkout page for the subtotal differs from the price displayed on the previous page and the basket totals (which are correct). It appears that there may be a rounding issue causing the displayed price to be incorrect.
I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue.
For some reason, I cannot paste my System Report here!
The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
I understand that the prices displayed in the cart table on the checkout page for the subtotal differ from the price displayed on the previous page and the basket totals.
I would love to check your site, however, I am asked for a password to login. To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?
If you don’t already have a screenshot service installed, you can try https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.
Additionally, I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
If that didn’t help then I suggest getting in touch with the plugin author about this as supporting third-party integrations is not within our scope of support.
Thanks for your reply. I have already spoken with the plugin author, and they have said this is a WooCommerce issue.
I have also done a full conflict test.
Please see further attachments to better illustrate the issue. As you can see, the prices are correct when I change the decimal settings to 6 and 4, but when I change back to 2, it is rounding wrong!
It needs to be correct for 2 decimals.
I’d appreciate some help on what seems to be a bug.
Having spent some further time investigating today, I think this is actually to do with the plugin I’ve mentioned. I’ve raised some questions with them and can confirm once I’ve heard back.
Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here.
