Pricing Rules – Fee per quantity not working

    Thanks for helping.
    When I add this product to my cart, if I want to have it treated for wear I need to select ‘yes’. This should add $90 for each qty in that line item. But when I go to the cart, it just shows $90, even if I have a qty of more than (1).

    When setting up the pricing rule, it shows that I chose “Per Quantity”.

    How can I fix this?
