That’s strange, I checked and everything seems fine. Could you try to put the shortcode in a blank page just to see if it’s related to this page in particular?
Also, did you make any change to the page that could have caused this? Did you update the plugin recently?

Hi it is a new theme but I tried it on a normal page and same thing. I did the view source and there is no styling showing up per plan:

There is no style for rpt_plan so maybe that is why, what shall I put?
Ah OK, I get it now. You have 6 plans, but the plugins is limited to 5 plans. It’s not a Free/PRO thing, it’s because of the layout and the styling.
Unfortunately you cannot have 6 plans unless for example you create two pricing tables with 3 plans each and stack the shortcodes.
