Primary and side menu options

Hi

This is in relation to the Sydney aThemes wordpress Theme.

(1) I want to have a some items listed in primary menu for some pages but different menu display in place of the primary menu in other place. How do i go about having different primary menu on different pages. By default primary shows up on all post.

(2) Similar to my earlier above question, how can I make different type of menus appear in widget / side bar for different pages?

I have a travel website http://www.bhutan.lhayul.com | http://www.lhayul.com/bhutan
I am trying to get some categories such as “luxury” have different menu and other categories such as “adventure travel” another set of menus at the location of primary and side menu. How do i do it?
