I trawled through the pages in the Support questions and on page 30 I found someone with an issue similar to mine. I think it might be because Divi and UM are not playing nicely with each other. I have the latest version of the plugin, and the latest version of Divi, and I get the same circle with the bar running through it when I try and register someone or login as someone. I have another test site that I am working on which has the current version of the plugin but an older version of Divi and the forms work as they should do. So, is this a problem with UM or with Divi? Will it be resolved so that the plugin can work with the latest version or do I need to look elsewhere for another plugin?

    Hi @coopsie27

Could you please try disabling the Captcha plugin on your site? There’s a javascript error related to the Captcha when viewing the Register page.

I deactivated the cache plugin and it has not made any difference. The other site that the plugin is working on has cache plugins enabled so I don’t think that is the issue. I still think it is not working with the latest version of Divi?

I deactivated the cache plugin and it has not made any difference.
I then deactivated all the plugins except UM, and tried again and it still didn’t work. I then deactivated Divi and it worked, so it is definitely an issue with UM and the latest version of Divi. Can this be resolved? Is it a Divi issue or a UM issue?

Update – I got in touch with Divi support and they told me it is a conflict woth the UM reCaptcha plugin. If i deactivate that plugin, the login and Register forms work. But now I don’ have any Captcha on these forms. I am thinking that I need this specific plugin to have the Captcha working, no? I tried a couple of other captcha plugins but they either produced errors or didn’t give captcha for those specific forms.
