Actually, while the page is loading, at that time it doesn’t load all the assets properly, and due to that the menu is showing that way. But when the page loading is finished and assets and styles get loaded properly, then you will not see such that.
However, you can use a preloader in order to resolve this. If you use a preloader, then all content will be visible when the page loading is completed. Unfortunately, we don’t have any preloader elements but you can use any other third-party plugins i.e. Preloader Plus, WP Smart Preloader, Preloader, etc. to get this preloader feature on your website.
