Primary menu not responsive

Hi,
My primary menu is not responsive. I am using the Spacious theme which is fully responsive. The only menu that is visible on the mobile site is my footer menu and it is visible at the top of the page where my primary menu should be.
I cannot contact themegrill to ask them directly about this problem as I am using the free version and thus they will not assist me.
I have asked this question on the spacious theme forum in wordpress (many days ago) and no one has responded.
Someone please help!
