Primary Menu text issues.

Hi,

I used the tutorial you provided on your website (http://docs.themeisle.com/article/320-how-to-increase-zerif-logo-size) to increase my header and logo size. However, my text is no longer horizontally centered. See image here: http://pasteboard.co/cpfDDHX6J.png
Is there some CSS that can fix this?
