Prime the page cache question

    Hi,
    Is it still the case that a site must have some traffic for the ‘prime the page cache’ event to take place? Meaning if there is not traffic, prime the cache will not occur?

    Does the prime the cache caches all the pages and post or just the most recent or is it based on sitemap priorities ?
