    Hello!

    I sell furniture in multiple online venues. I use your product to both organize items for myself in one place on the back end, and also for my customers to track on the front end. I have a truck driver who delivers the items, and I need to give him a printout with a photo of the piece plus various info, like the address, delivery deadline, etc., when he picks them up. Each order I input into the tracker incorporates data from the website where the item was sold, a questionnaire the customer fills out and returns by email, and other info I collect. I have added all the fields I need to the order form on the tracker. But there seems to be no way to either print it directly, or to output a CSV which I can pull into a form I’ve made. Some of the info is lengthy, and if I just print the page straight from the back end it only prints what fits in the visible box on the page.

    Right now, my process is: I print the order from the website (i.e. eBay) where the item was sold, then I print the email questionnaire the customer filled out, then I staple them together and hand write whatever info is missing onto these two sheets. All this info is in one place on the status tracker; it would be so fantastic to be able to use that data to create something I can just hand to the driver with everything he needs.

    Here are potential solutions to the problem. Are an of these possible?

    1) Print an order – the entire contents of each field – onto a page or multiple pages directly from Status Tracker (preferably with the ability edit which fields appear in the printout – the driver doesn’t need all the info, just certain pieces);
    2) Output a CSV of all orders marked with a particular status;
    3) Output a CSV of an individual order.

    the second 2 options would allow me to import the info into a Google Sheets form I created. Thanks for your help.

    Hi Cracked Vessel,

    If you have already all of your custom fields that you wish to print, then we may suggest you to create a new e-mail under the e-mails tab. Through shortcodes, the e-mail may contain the information about the particular product shipped. Create a new user for the driver and set him up as an admin. Under the tabs Options > Premium > Customer Order Email, choose the e-mail that you have just created. This will automatically send the e-mail to both you and your driver, with all the information of the product to be shipped. You may either allow your driver to access the product’s information through his e-mails. If you prefer giving a printed version, then you could simply print the e-mail sent.

    As of now, our CSV import/export feature’s purpose is to import and export orders in batches, and not as a means of organizing information about single products. This is the reason for which it is not currently possible to automatically output a styled document of a single product.

    We may also suggest you looking into spreadsheet functions. You may possibly be able to print out a single row of information with the headings, and use the a pivot table function in order to have the headings on the left, and the values on the right, rather then the headings on top, and values on bottom. It would help you read the documents more easily.

    Best,
