Why doesn’t the PDF of the order print the details of the discounts on each product?

This is a feature of the Premium Templates extension of our plugin. It adds access to a Customizer & then you’d be able to add the Discount column:
On the corresponding invoice:
In the free version, the discount is only shown in the totals section:
