Good evening I would like to know if there is a way (even with some plugins) to print an order in pdf with photos and description in the table. This would serve me as a proforma order.

    Hey there!

There are plenty of different plugins for printing invoices in PDF, such as this one:
    https://woocommerce.com/products/pdf-invoices/

However, these kinds of plugins all work on the principle that the order has already been created if not paid for.

Can you tell me a bit more about what kind of orders you’d like to print out? Have they already been paid for? Do customers create the order, or do you do it on their behalf?

Even if I create a fictitious order, I would just like to create an order to be able to expose it in pdf with the photos as I need catalogs.

    Thanks for clarifying further!

If you’d like to put together orders so that you can share them as a PDF, then that’s easily enough done by creating an order and setting the status to on hold. Once the order is created, you’ll be able to use any PDF invoice plugin to create that PDF.

Most PDF invoice plugins don’t allow you to include the images in an invoice, as accounting documents do not have thumbnails of items printed on them. The closest option I could find was our PDF Invoices plugin:
    https://woocommerce.com/products/pdf-invoices/

I’m recommending this one because it has clear developer-level documentation on how to add an extra column, such as the product image:
    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/pdf-invoice-developer-tools/#section-3

From there, if you aren’t a developer yourself, I highly recommend contacting one of the services on our customizations page to help you with the modification: https://woocommerce.com/customizations/

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
