”Print” info button not working.

    Hi there,

    On the Order Tracking Status, after inputing the correct order number and then clicking ”Track” button, then order information details show. I have the print button active but when I click on the ”print” button, it will not print or bring up a print window.

    Hi Tooks,

    We just tested in the newest version and that feature is definitely working. Could you let us know what browser and OS you are using? Could you also provide us with a link to your tracking page?

    Hi there,

    Not working for me on Firefox, Chrome, Opera, MS Edge or Internet Explorer, there all the latest versions and updated.

    My OS Windows 10 pro 64 Bit Fully Updated, WordPress Version 4.9.4, Status and Order Tracking Version 2.10.1.

    Even tried it on my S8+ smartphone and it did not print.

    If you have any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

    Hi there,

    The experience I’m having is when I first load up the web page on any browser it wont show the print window when I click the print button, but to make it work I have to click the ”ADD NOTE” button then click the print button then the print window comes up and then I’m able to print the info. I cant get it to work any other way.

    Hello tooks,

    This could be possible due to a conflict also. Are you using any other plugin that uses a similar feature? Could you test this by disabling other plugins to see if it works then?
    Was print working earlier? Or it wasn’t working since the beginning? Do you remember making any changes that might have caused this?
