I assume the answer was ‘no’ because it’s part and parcel of the theme. However there’s nothing tying the general functionality to it, but to know what to suggest as a solution, we need to know what “print this post” does. If it opens the print dialog in your browser, then you’re looking at a bit of javascript, such as:

Gamerz’ plugin was a little too complex in my taste, so I tied a print feature to the theme’s overall canvas.
That said, you can reskin the theme quite easily, with some knowledge of css. Many of the theme’s users do this, in fact.
