print-o-matic printer problem

    all i want is my form to be printed. After clicking the printer icon it creates a new page with all the form contents, however, it does not enable automatically the window for the printer. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks in advance.

    We could test this ourselves, if we had a specific link posted to the page with the issue…

    Thank you for your response. Please see http://www.dalivery.com.ph and then register. Proceed to book a delivery and then print a waybill. Thats where the problem is.

    Remove the “” targets from:

    <area title="" alt="" coords="16,115,154,152" shape="rect" href="http://dalivery.com.ph/wp-login.php?action=register" target="" />
<area title="" alt="" coords="15,167,158,206" shape="rect" href="http://dalivery.com.ph/wp-login.php" target="" /></map>

    BTW, maps are so 1940’s…(ok not so old – but very, very out-dated)

    i thought you were referring to the “” from the plugin. I removed them and the problem still there. With regards to your instruction, I do not how to do that. I have very little knowledge of php. Please help me with this problem. I think it has something to do with the plugin. I am on a tight sched right now and under pressure. Anybody please help.

    OK, I suggest same as above, consult with plugin dev.

    Often we can see minor issues and suggest fixes…unfortunately not in this case.
