Thank you for the topic.
I want to mention, that the print screen feature, unfortunately, has been removed from the plugin.
The decision to remove the print screen option was not taken easily.
The feature was causing significant issues and resulting in a high volume of support requests, thus impacting the overall user experience.
Our commitment is to provide a problem-free product and experience for all our users and, unfortunately, the print screen option was disturbing this.
Please note, that the feature hasn’t been removed yet for those users who have enabled it before.

Yes today i disabled it and then i missed. I want it because to us worked correct. Maybe you put it again in the future? Thanks

As a Support Specialist, unfortunately, I can’t say for sure whether we will bring the feature back or not. The decision-making process depends on our Product Management Team.

We had it enabled, but because we were testing, we disabled it and lost it. Is there any way to enable it again? Thank you.

Thank you for your response.
The only possible way to use the feature again is to roll back to the plugin version that included this option.
The latest version including the Print Screen feature was the 3.8.3 version. So, you can roll back to that version to get the feature.
