This is a feature I can add a setting for. Currently if does not have this feature but I can add it, may take a week or two to find the time
Thank you! I think it would be a great feature for most websites.
I have the feature tested and working on my test version now.
Now there’s a new setting on the advanced tab it says “enable to add a “view / print message” button after message sent. Note: this feature requires the redirect setting to also be set to disabled.
It might not be till the end of the week when I release Version 4.0 Beta 4. There is one feature I am working on that’s blocking the release but maybe by the end of the week.
The email is sent and received, and I get the “View/Print your message” button, but nothing happens when I click the button. Tried in latest Chrome, Safari, and Firefox on Mac OS X. Disabled AdBlock with no effect. Will try disabling more browser plugins…
I am traveling by train today. Will check it again tonight. It uses some JavaScript to open a new window, prints it then closes the window.
I disabled the popup blocker in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, but no popup window appears. I disabled all extensions in Safari, still no popup window.
I cannot duplicate the problem. The “View/Print your message” button works on my test server on admin preview page and TwentyTwelve theme with both ff24 and ie10. but i have windows.
If you have the time, could you try a javascript debugger to find out if it shows any errors?
Yes, I should be able to check this out later this evening.
