• Hi,

Pretty much since our client bought MC-Print3 Printers, there were troubles with printing.

On our former server, it would work but the firewall/antivirus would regularly block the access. The solution was to completely reinstall the plugin and then it would work – but only until the next server scan, which was every few days.

Then, from the 1st of October, we moved to the new server. It’s been weeks and we can’t make it working at all there.

The firmware is updated to the latest 3.4 FW, we tried with both CA-trusted and custom certificate, the IP that is used to connect with the server has been whitelisted by the hosting provider – still the plugin can’t see the printer.

And yes, Let’s Encrypt certificate is used.

I set https trust level to accept all, tried 2.1 alpha version of the plugin… Literally tried everything.

Any idea suggestions to the hosting support what else they can do?

If it works and we manage to change the printout layout, then in the next year we may have dozen of clients willing to use our solution along with the printer. But for now, we lost a client because of the issues with the printer, but still have to sort it out for him

    Thanks,
    Dominik
