Printer does not cut paper after printing

    Hi there,

    After updating from a beta version to 2.0.3. everything seems to work perfectly! Thank you.

    However, we noticed that the printer does not cut the paper anymore after each printed receipt. Is there something we can do in order to fix that?

    Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

    I’m glad it’s at least mostly working, but that issue is a little unusual, could you let me know a few details that should help me to diagnose the issue:

    • Which printer model you are using?
    • When you print a self-test page (switch the printer on with the feed switch held) does the printer cut correctly at the end of that?
    • This depends on model (does not apply if you have an mC-Print model printer) but on the self-test print (first section, near the top) you should see an “Emulation:” option, could you let me know which emulation is reported?
    • Finally, do you know which beta version you had before that was cutting ok?
