You can use any thermal printer with a blooth or network printing feature also you can able to print by using USB.
It will be easier if you will use our order tracking app.
As per the current version you can able to print only the item and addon details in the receipt, category name will not add to the receipt.

There is no filter to add the particular category name or modify the display ordering items.
Your required things will be added from the app site, so the app customization will need to add the required details through the receipt.
