I was trying to display a print preview on a website but it is opening it in a new tab. WordPress version 5.7 plugin version 4.0.1

Although when I am logged in then it is working fine

It got fixed somehow but I can not replicate this behavior on other domains. I am still facing the same issue of not able to generate print preview on other domains although I just migrated the above site to this site everything is working except for this.
