Printify Attributes with Woocommerce

    I have linked printify.com to woocommerce on my site. I have 2 attributes I use for variants (color and size). I had to modify the attributes supplied by printify to get the color swatches to show. When you click the appropriate shirt color, it appears in the window correctly. When I also add the SIZE attribute the color variant works on only a couple of shirts or show the wrong color when clicked. Any help would be appreciated.
