Prioritizing CSS

When you look at my first headline, “Gain the Coffee News Advantage”
it displays FIRST in “use theme font” from the widget, and second in body H1, from the Appearance / Customize / Switty Options / Typography.

In spite of me having both custom CSS and a child style sheet dictating my specially uploaded font (souvenir) for H1, it’s still reading the Switty Typography, first.

How can I either turn off the Switty typography or make it read my CSS ?
