    Hello LiteSpeed Support Team,

I am reaching out for expert assistance in optimizing my website’s performance. Despite running on a LiteSpeed Enterprise server and utilizing the LiteSpeed Cache plugin, my mobile performance score is currently stuck at 18, with a desktop score of 41.

    Site Details:

The Problem: I have attempted to configure the plugin multiple times, testing various combinations of CSS/JS minification and combining. However, the performance issues—specifically Total Blocking Time (TBT) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)—remain unresolved.

Because Divi has its own built-in “Performance” settings (Dynamic CSS, Critical CSS, etc.), I suspect there may be a conflict between Divi’s internal optimizations and LSCache’s Page Optimization features.

    Requested Assistance:

    1. Could you review my site and suggest the ideal “Page Optimization” settings specifically for a Divi + LiteSpeed Enterprise environment?
    2. Should I disable Divi’s native “Critical CSS” and “Dynamic JS” features to allow LiteSpeed to handle these exclusively?
    3. Are there specific JS/CSS exclusions I should apply to prevent Divi’s builder scripts from causing high execution time on mobile?

I have generated a LiteSpeed Report for your review. Report Number: QWIXHHIY

Thank you for your help in getting this site into the “Green” zone.

Before going to priority support, let’s try some things to change 🙂
Keep LSC settings as they are(for now).

Disable any Hostinger Cache layer and make sure Cloudflare is used as CDN only(no cache enabled).
Please disable all cache and optimizations in DIVI: https://www.elegantthemes.com/documentation/divi/theme-options/ under Performance
Please test the site and see how is working.
    At this moment:
    – having Load CSS Async ON might create some problems on hwo the site is looking(design). Disable it and retry the same page. If this happen you will need to Clear all CCSS(from LSC) + Clear All then let it run.
    – same goes for UCSS.
    – try enabling CSS and JS combine
    – This option Load JS Deferred https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/pageopt/#load-js-deferred set to Delayed will speed up the site, BUT is not compatible with all the sites.
    – Now please try enabling: Guest Mode https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/general/#guest-mode and Guest Mode Optimization(under it). Please retest the site and make sure the change is not creating issue.
I am here to help you with any questions you have.

    Hi @litetim,

Thank you for the detailed troubleshooting steps. I have carefully implemented all of your recommendations:

    • Hostinger/Cloudflare: Disabled Hostinger server caching and ensured Cloudflare is set to CDN-only (no caching).
    • Divi Settings: Disabled all native Divi caching and performance optimizations (Dynamic CSS/JS, etc.).
    • LSCache Adjustments:
      • Turned OFF Load CSS Async and UCSS.
      • Cleared CCSS and performed a Purge All.
      • Enabled CSS and JS Combine.
      • Set Load JS Deferred to Delayed.
      • Enabled Guest Mode and Guest Mode Optimization.

Despite these changes, the mobile performance score is still stuck at 18 and desktop at 41. The site still shows significant “Total Blocking Time” and “Render-Blocking Resources” in PageSpeed Insights.

Since the standard optimizations aren’t resolving the issue, could you please take a look at my environment report?

I am using LiteSpeed Enterprise and Divi, and I suspect there is a conflict or a specific exclusion needed for the Divi framework that I am missing.

I see you have done some of the changes.

For image optimization you use an external plugin?
Load JS Deferred cannot be left to Delayed?
Until the speed is resolved, please disable Object Cache. After you are ok with the speed, you can enable it

    Corrected above message
Plus: can you generate a new report(with the updated info)?

Let’s start with creating UCSS: enable and leave it to generate for pages. When a page is done you can see in page source, at the end: UCSS loaded from…
After a page is tested and looks OK, please enable Load CSS Async option. Wait to generate and test the page. This has in source: CCSS loaded from…
