Privacy Checkbox languages

Hello,

I can’t seem to set up a different privacy policy link for different languages on my page.
If I set a URL in “all languages” it works fine and this page is used for both languages. but if I set up different URL’s for both of my languages, without a url in “all languages” there is no link.
Please help.
