    Hi does your plugin has the ability to have private chat?
    Meaning no other agents can view the chat, for example, client1 will always be assigned to agent1, and their chat cannot be viewed by the other agents.

    Hi there!
    Thanks for writing in

    Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with such a function yet.
    At the current state, all the incoming messages can be picked up by any Operator.
    Once a conversation is assigned to a given Operator, then only that Operator will receive future messages from a given visitor. Nevertheless, other Operators will be able to join the conversation if they want to. We are not able to restrict that currently.
