Hi
I did a sandbox test and it worked. I tried switching over to the Production mode, but the dashboard of the Production account doesn’t have a Private Key list unlike the Sandbox mode. Where do I find this?

Hello @robword,

Did you visit our documentation site? It’s very helpful as it shows you how to configure and access all the plugin settings.

If your private key isn’t showing in the Braintree control panel it means you need to create a private key. If you’re referring to the plugin’s API settings page, you simply need to select “Production” on the environment dropdown tab.
