How do you ensure that each user, when signing in, can be redirected to an exclusive private personal page? This page could be edited by the site administrator, not by the user.

You can use wpmem_login_redirect to redirect a user on login. The filter does pass the user ID, so your filter function can look up whatever it needs to about the user (i.e. their page) based on the user ID.
