Sorry for the delayed response. The Private Pages created by Client Portal doesn’t have page attributes to change the layout because it is a Custom Post Type and WordPress doesn’t have support for Custom Post Type templates.
You will need to create a Custom Post Type Template (Template Hierarchy) for your Private Pages, name it single-private-page.php, and add it inside your Theme’s directory.
