Private Pages Default Message

I can’t seem to find any solutions for my following question;

When creating private pages and having it restricted from the public, is there a way to modify/edit the redirected private page displayed when a non-user tries to click on it?

For example, when a non-user has clicked my private link, it just leads them to a blank page. How do I edit that blank page?
