I’d like to know if can i publish a plugin on ww.wp.xz.cn but only allow it to see and use for my employees.

No, the ww.wp.xz.cn plugin repository exists to host plugins for public use. If you want a plugin to be private, don’t post it in a public place on the internet.

There is, but you have to run and maintain your own update server. There’s several code examples and tutorails around the internet if you search. 🙂
