Which plugin do you use to manage this member data? I think you should rather contact their support forum to clarify your request.
Thanks for your feedback. B/c i have the free version they claim that they do not support it 😉 I did submit a support request just in case.
So I was thinking I could see if there are any known issues with Wp and Staff Lists by ABCFolio
There are around 60,000 free plugins in the WordPress repository. I don’t know all of them and have never heard of this one. I also can’t find it in the repository, which is why I don’t know where to get it from.
The link “Get Plugin” on the page you mentioned leads to a 404 page. Doesn’t make a good impression here either.
I see 3 possibilities for you:
a) You get help from them somehow. Possibly also by purchasing the Pro version (although I don’t see where that would work).
b) You look for someone to look at the plugin with you. You may find someone like that here: https://jobs.wordpress.net/
c) Look for another plugin that fulfills your requirements. For Staff there are a few to choose from in the WordPress repository as far as I can see: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/tags/staff/

These are good suggestions. And I realize that the reality is we may need another plugin that offers us the privileges and access controls we need.
