Good morning, recently I started using the plugin and I saw the need to create tickets that only an administrator user can see when entering the event and view the available tickets.

Is there any way to do that without modifying the source code of the plugin?

I am currently using this plugins and its pro version to make the payments and generate the QR codes.

From already thank you very much.

  • Hey there @fede931!

    Thanks for reaching out!

You could try setting the visibility setting to hidden inside the publish panel.

Normally, we direct all of our premium plugin customers to go over Help Desk, login and create a ticket there (ww.wp.xz.cn doesn’t allow us to support them here).

    Take care,
    Ed 🙂

Thank you very much for the answer, the problem I have is that I need to have two different types of tickets per event, one public and one private because my system is working with a plugin that generates statistics and surrender at the end of the day and due to contract must have a certain amount of reserved tickets.

I’m going to ask in the premium support forum. I give the matter as resolved.
