Private vs Blocked Posts?

    We used to use the “Register Plus Redux” to manage our members until that plugin was discontinued. We would set the post visibility to “private” and only logged in members could read it.

    Now with the wp-members plugin, we have a blocked option as well. What is the difference on blocked and private?

    A private post is a WordPress setting that restricts a post to Editors and Administrators. “Blocked” is a specific setting for WP-Members which restricts the post to registered users. You could review the video on the plugin page or look at the videos in the documentation to get an idea of how this works.
