PRO account not working

Hello
I purchased a PRO license, but I can’t activate my account. When I try to activate the license I bought, I get the following error:
“The connection to the server timed out. Please try again later.”

I submitted a support ticket and email, but I haven’t received a response.

To get it working, I’ve already:
- Deactivated all plugins
- Contacted my hosting provider to make sure there are no blocks.
I put WordPress into debug mode and it generated the following warnings:

This issue is caused by Cloudflare’s firewall. It uses strict rules to block AI bots from crawling our website, and in some cases activation requests may be blocked as a security measure.

Please contact us at https://pinpoint.world/contact so we can add allow rules for your hosting provider.

Please note that not activating the license does not affect the plugin’s functionality. License activation is only required to receive automatic updates.
