Pro Account without access

Hello,
I subscribed to Caldera Forms Pro in October of 2018 and have a paid receipt. I have emailed them multiple times and forwarded on a PDF of the purchase. I still cannot get support or a response to my email. Does anyone know what is up? It appears I learned a hard lesson on this one.I am a long time joomla guy who recently moved to WP, and so far, not good.
