Pro activation breaks site

    Hello Tooltips Support,

    On my main site (https://www.lifeup.hu/agydaganat-glioblasztoma/) I was using the free version of WordPress Tooltips, which worked fine but had the limitation of showing only a restricted number of tooltips. Because of this I purchased the Pro Plus version (v35.3.8).

    When I first activated the Pro plugin on my live site, the layout broke completely — header, menu, footer and mobile view collapsed. I also got the following warning:

    This plugin generated 418 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you encounter “headers already sent” messages, have problems with the feed, or experience other issues, try disabling or removing this plugin.

    Because of these issues, I had to remove the Pro plugin and reinstall the free version on my live site, which is currently running without problems, though it only displays a limited number of tooltips.

    To help reproduce the problem, I installed the Pro plugin on a separate test environment:

    Here the same error appears and the layout also breaks, so you can check directly.

    Could you please investigate this? At the moment, the Pro version is not usable for me, while the free version does not display all the tooltips I added to my blog — but at least it does not break the site layout. If there is no fix or compatibility update, I would kindly request a refund.
