Pro community forums email does not work.

    am trying to sign up to the community forums for Pro support, and am unable to do so as the confirmation email never arrives. Looking at my mail logs I see nothing from s2 or sharks anywhere:

    
/var/log# grep -i shark mail.log
/var/log#

    Helpful assistance greatly appreciated.

    They’re not going to work here either. The author can’t have this conversation here. They are not permitted to and you can’t use these forums for that either.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
