Pro enabled for non-pro version with Version 13.7

    The plugin seems to have enabled the Pro Tabs (they are all unlocked) and the fields are editable, but I do not have the Pro Version of the plugin installed. As a result, the API connection is now not working.

    I cleared the Cache in the Plugin. No change.

    I disabled the website Caching Plugin. No change.

    I have tried to switch from our GoToWebinar App to yours by removing the Consumer Key information. No change.

    I have re-clicked the Connect With My GoToWebinar Application button. No change.

    I uninstalled and re-installed the Plugin. No change.

    There are no errors in the Log. There are no connection errors with GoToWebinar’s API.

    I do not see where a Pro = YES setting is enabled. I did not turn it on. The Plugin was working fine with my Consumer Key before updating it to version 13.7.

    Is there a simple way to reset the value Pro = NO ? If not, how would you suggest fixing this?

    PHP Version: 7.2.11
    Wordpress Version: 4.9.10
    Plugin Version: 13.7

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
