    Hello, I paid for a pro account but when I go to add steps 3 of the pro features are grayed out and unavailable. (Upsell, downsell, and Custom). I sent an email to the support email address 2 or 3 days ago but havent gotten a response or even a receipt confirmation so I thought I’d send the request here.

    Hi @sethro , we received your support ticket on our site on Saturday, but you didn’t get an immediate response as it was our weekend.

    We presume it could be due to not activating the license key after installing the Pro plugin.

    You should get our replies in your email. Let us communicate there as that will be faster. Plus, this forum is for free users only.
