PRO features will not activate

I purchased and activated a PRO license from Piotnet in February 2020. Pro features were working in February. I recently noticed that none of the pro features are now active and I cannot activate any of the features. When I attempt to activate and save the settings, all pro features become inactive.

I even cleared out my license, deactivated and deleted the plugin (free and pro). I downloaded the PRO plugin from the Piotnet site and then installed the free then PRO versions of the plugin to no avail.

I have sent several messages to the developer via support email address and online contact form with no answers to resolve my issue.
