Hello! Looking to clarify a few things specifically to Revolut Pro integration. Due for a reason that Sandbox is not available to Pro users I have some questions to clarify.

    1. I know that many Card gateways require Country field to be presented in the checkouts. Why asking is that I want to keep minimum fields for checkout while selling only digital products, so address is not needed. So the question is Can I keep just First, Last and Email fields for checkout without asking to provide Country from customers? Looking to use Revolut Pay and Revolut card options.
    2. Google pay and apple pay do not work with subscription products. Knowing that it is a card payment at the end of the day.. Why so? Stripe has both of them available for subscriptions without any problems!
    3. Revolut Pay also seems to be available only for single payments and won’t show up if recurring product is in the cart. Any plans for this to be available for subscriptions in the future?
    4. Established Pro account payout within 24h. I do believe that this applies only to very specific terms?! International payments and specific banks will take much longer… Is this right?

    Thanks

Forgot to specify, this is about WooCommerce!

    Dear @uldix,

Thanks for getting in touch! I’m Svyatoslav, an Integration Specialist at Revolut.

To answer your first question: the Country field is not required for the Plugin.

Regarding Revolut Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, these options are currently only available for non-recurring payments. I have passed your feedback along to our Product Team to see if recurring payments can be prioritized in future releases. However, please keep in mind that we don’t have an ETA for this right now, so I can’t guarantee when (or if) it will be implemented.

For your last question, please reach out to our in-app Help section—the team there is best equipped to assist you with that.

Let me know if you have any other questions!

    Kind regards, Svyatoslav.

    Hi Svyatoslav!

Thank you for this information. Good to know that country field is not required. Stripe needs this and they even took a step further and even if I haven’t enabled Country field they will display it in their card details area. I think it is somehow required for Cards especially for international buyers. If shop location is for example UK (WooCommerce Default customer location is set to Shop country/region) and someone comes from USA they want to specify upon checkout that user card is USA and not UK. I know that it is not only Stripe who needs this, other gateways as well. Hence I was asking this!

About recurring payment support it is most likely in Revolut interest to get this working. At the end of the day one of the most predictable and safest income sources. 🙂

Hope others also will benefit from this information! Thanks
