    you pay for pro plan and if you cancel the recurring option they cancel your plan right away even thought you already paid 1 month.

    Hi @kosapan

    Sorry to hear about the issue you had with Imagify.

    This is not how things work – once you cancel your subscription, it will be scheduled for cancelation and you would be able to use the quota you paid for.

    There is a problem if you cancel it directly via your PayPal account. If this is what happened, we are happy to fix it so let me know what is the email used for your account (you can share it privately via [email protected] if you prefer that way).
